365 pounds was way too much!  After meeting with my doctor, we decided that bariatric surgery was the best possible hope.  The surgery was performed on January 7, 2008.  In the past year I have dropped 100 pounds.  Exercising three days a week, I hope to shed another 100 pounds this year.

TOPS meetings help keep me motivated to lose more each week.  Accountability to my TOPS chapter is very important to me.
