Loss of 12.25 Pounds
When I decided to join TOPS, I knew I needed help. My bones ached
and I would get out of breath at the slightest exertion. My wife
belonged to TOPS for many years but I was disillusioned by other
programs and I swore I would never go to another weight loss group
again.
When I finally decided I needed to do something, I looked into
TOPS. I found TOPS TX 1330 in White Settlement. They had a scale
that could weigh me. For the first time in YEARS, I found out my
true weight. I was devastated!
I had lost over 100 pounds in the White Settlement group. My wife
and TOPS pals were so proud of me.
After a few years, I moved to Austin. By then I had started to gain
back some of my weight. But I am determined that I will not give
up. I joined TX 1527 Pflugerville. The support and friendship I
found there was overwhelming.
This year I had some success. I owe that to the inspiring people in
my chapter. The help and support of my TOPS group is definitely the
key to my success.
