It has been a long winter for some of us and hopefully when we finally see the flowers blooming - we will know that spring is really here.
Spring not only brings out beautiful flowers but new chapter officers. I want to thank all who have stepped forward to serve their chapter – whether you are a new officer or a returning officer – my thanks to you for accepting the confidence your chapter members have placed in you to guide your chapter during the next twelve months. Please know that you have a resource of knowledge in your field staff. They are all just a call or email away. You just need to contact us to help you out if you have a need.
State Recognition Days (SRD) are in full bloom also. I hope that you have the opportunity to catch the spirit and renew yourself as we honor your state division winners and royalty. What an inspiration they are to all of us. Their successes truly tell everyone what TOPS®’ is all about. Don’t miss out on sharing in this excitement.
I hope that you will be looking forward to your Area Captain visiting with a fun new program titled “Move to the Music”. It should be great fun for everyone.
Chapter leaders – be on the watch for a special coupon allowing you to order a free copy of the newly revised “Choice is Mine” for your chapter. Special prices will be offered in the June issue of TOPS®News when ordered in quantities of six or more at a price of $10 each (plus shipping). Thereafter, the price shall be $15 plus shipping.
KOPS®Numbers 41 through 45 will soon be available. Watch for the announcement in an upcoming issue TOPS®News. Also a new “Charter Member” pinette in gold is being added to our Award line as item number P-038. A new ribbon in lavender with black lettering showing the TOPS®Logo and the words “I Lost” will be offered for sale to chapters this fall along with Royalty Crowns and Division Ribbons.
As a reminder – you may pay your annual membership renewal on-line if you haven’t been able to make a chapter meeting because of health, weather, etc. Don’t let your membership lapse and make you ineligible for awards.
