Hi Everyone!
What an exciting time at IRD this year as many winners from our area were honored. Please take time to read all about them on our websites (or at www.tops.org).
President Barb continues to challenges us again this year with her “Cut and Burn” challenge. Cutting 100 calories from our daily food plan and increasing our activity to burn 100 calories more each day, could result in a 10-pound loss from 2010 International Recognition Days (IRD) to the end of the year—and up to a 20-pound loss by IRD 2011. I hope you are excited about taking on her challenge and achieve positive results with a few simple changes to your lifestyle.
There will be special tours of TOPS Headquarters as well as other tours of the city. Perhaps your chapter will want to have fund raisers to assist your members in attending IRD in the city where TOPS began in 1948!

Keep up the good work with your weight losses and continue sharing TOPS with your friends and family.
