Greetings
everyone –
The Christmas holidays are behind us as we enter a brand new year. I hope the scales are kind to you when you weigh-in at your chapter for the first time this year.
Thank you to everyone who sent Christmas greetings….it’s the highlight of my husband’s day to open mail (that’s not junk mail).
By now your weight charts and resumes are in the capable hands of your Coordinator as she tabulates the winners for our 2007 awards. Good luck to everyone.
Soon you will be receiving your annual SRD letter. Please watch for the deadlines noted in the letter and help your SRD committee by responding on time. I am excited about seeing all of you again at your SRD this year as we honor our chapter royalty, KOPS®and division winners. If you have a “State Winner” please assist them in whatever way you can to attend SRD and receive their special award.
As we start the New Year – may you find time to –
♪ Attend your chapter meetings ♪ Use all of the tools TOPS®’ has given you to help you lose weight (like a food diary) ♪ Exercise a little more each week ♪ Help a TOPS®pal who is struggling
