Hi Everyone!

June is the month that we celebrate our fathers and the important role they played in our life.  This illustration reminds me how we just can’t get away from that scale.  I hope that everyone has the opportunity to remember their dad in a special way.

What an exciting time as we wind down from our SRDs and prepare for IRD.  Once again I am happy to say that we have several International Winners from our area and you will see them at IRD or after July on our websites.  If you were unable to attend SRD this year, check things out at our state websites.  I want to thank all of you for your warm hospitality.  My travels were fairly uneventful (I like it like that) and I arrived home safe and sound after each journey.

Summer is upon us (or just about).  Please make sure that you are not taking a vacation from TOPS during this time.  Each week no matter what time of the year, holds many challenges for us as we work towards our goals or at maintaining them.  Summer should be easier for us as the fresh fruits and vegetables are in season.  But for some reason, the picnics and other events can sabotage us adding extra calories in other ways.   So make sure that you are weighing-in and receiving the support of your fellow members by attending your weekly meetings. 

Remember to tells others about our great organization and bring a new member to your chapter.  If they join, your chapter will automatically be entered into a drawing at IRD next year for a $250 bonus.  Now how simple can that be?
