It is hard to believe that it is November already. What a whirlwind summer we had at my house. Thank you for the many prayers and cards for my husband Tony…we truly appreciate each and every one of you.
As we wind down the year – there is much activity here at TOPS. November 30th is the deadline for members wishing to participate in the final Greatest Improvement Contest. This will be the last time this contest will be held. See the October 2009 TOPS News for complete details (page 20). You can get the entry form from your Coordinator or online at www.tops.org.
The November issue of TOPS News is filled with many wonderful articles as well as a copy of the TOPS Rules (which are now inclusive with the KOPS Rules). Make sure that you either save this issue or remove the rules and put them with your other important TOPS materials. Make sure you watch the December 2009/January 2010 issue for the newly updated My Day One booklet. You will want to do the same with this booklet. Both of these will make a good chapter program as you can review together and have a better understanding of these two newly revised tools. Take time to read this issue and if you have someone that you would like to share it with, pass it along. You might be planting the seed to bring them to your chapter meeting.
Please take time to be thankful for friends, family and all of the blessings in your life. During this time of the year we are mindful of all of those things that enrich our lives – especially our TOPS friends.
Happy Thanksgiving from my house to yours –
I Care - Bev
