It is hard to believe that we will soon be winding down another year and it won’t be long before we have the results of our weight loss efforts for 2018. I hope that each of you have met your personal weight loss goal for the year. What an exciting time this will be as we tally the losses of all TOPS & KOPS as the annual resumes arrive in your Coordinator’s office.

The time between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season comes and goes so quickly, and before you know it – we are turning the calendar to a new year. As the New Year approaches many are thinking about their New Year’s resolutions. Among the top five is....

Quarter 2 2018

What a pleasure it was to visit with you at our recent SRDs. One of the best things about my job is to be able to congratulate our royalty and winners. If you were unable to attend your recognition event this year, please consider doing so next year. We always receive motivation and encouragement from the success stories of our winners and KOPS.

If you have a member who has had successful weight loss, now is the time to let your community know how your chapter has helped them achieve their success. Reach out to your local newspapers to see if they will do a story about their weight loss. If you need help in putting this together, contact your Coordinator - she will be excited to help you do this.

Quarter 1 2018

What an exciting time in TOPS as we will be gathering soon to recognize our winners and KOPS for 2017. I look forward to congratulating all winners at your upcoming SRD events and hope to see you there.

2017 was the year of TOPS “Million Pound Challenge”. How did we do? Unfortunately I cannot reveal that information at this time as the final results will be announced at IRD 2018 in Montreal, Canada. However, I can tell you that we had some amazing weight loss totals in our area!
